Stardoll And Their Spelling

Hmm that's funny. I don't remember stardoll releasing a doll called Ada Lovelace. (Just another one of those spelling mistakes!)


Oh and also is "Dhekered" a new trend or something like that!


And last but not least. Ever heard of the saying that goes "You must learn from your mistakes", well stardoll are making mistakes, but they sure aren't learing form them. Seeing as they make the same mistake twice.

LE Out now

Little Pink Shop

Stardoll has released a new shop for valentines day, called "Little Pink Shop". It's quite sad though because stardoll have just used clothes form mostly "Pretty in pink".

Friend Glitch

Well today I was checking my friend requests, and putting them into a friends list, and I decided to put "Nice" as a comment for someone. So i wrote it in and clicked save, but then straight away I clicked "group" and the word "Nice" came up where the word "group" should have been.

But it's ok, because when u click where the group button should be, and you change the group, the word will change back to normal.

The new DKNY has finally arrived. -Well actually it came a few days ago but I didn't get time to go on the computer.- Personally I like the shoes best. Sorry about the lateness.

Hot Buys

The very first of the February Hot Buys have come out. The Hot Buys collar came out yesterday, and the Hot Buys boots came out today. As stardoll did last month, they are releasing the Hot Buys out for non-ss and cheap, but I bet that they will change and make it ss.

Yay! Stardoll has now officially told us what the new DKNY will look like. Unfortunately, they haven't told us when DKNY will come out.

Attention!

Pay no attention to the post below for the new DKNY has NOT been released after that little "Maintenance" thing. I don't recognise any difference in the pages.
Although, if you go to the home page and scroll all the way to the bottom, you will find in "More Categories" that there is now a "Styling Studios" page. This has all the dolls that fellow stardoll members have made. I don't know if that has always been there or not. Please do correct me if I'm wrong. That might be why stardoll had to have it's "Maintenance" thing.

Stardoll Under Maintenance

Wow! Today I tried going onto stardoll but instead, this appeared. This could mean that the DKNY range could finally get released. Of course, please correct me if I'm wrong. If you can't read the speech bubble it says:

Another One Of Stardoll's Mistakes!

What can I say? Stardoll just keep on making mistake after mistake. I mean, no doll on stardoll, boy or girl, have feet like these.

Styling Studio

So stardoll has released a new thing called Styling Studio. It's when you can make your own dress up of you, and save it so everyone can see. Of course, this is only for superstars, as most of you would have guessed. It costs 8sd to save. You can put whatever clothes that you have onto this doll.

Hot Buys Feb. 09

Overpriced Much?

Ok so now stardoll is just getting plain old ridiculous. When this months Hot buys came out they were only around 4 or 5sd. And ever since the hot buys dress has been costing us, stardoll decide to release the hotbuys skirt, not only for superstars, but for 12sd! I mean, sure its pretty and all, but I don't think anyone would buy it for 12sd (Unless your a collector of course).

Release of DKNY

It appears that the new DKNY that everyone has been waiting for will be released in a few weeks. Which, approximately, is the beginning of next month.

Hot Buys Dress

The gorgeous Hot Buys Dress is now available in Starplaza. It's 14sd but, unlike the rest of the Hot Buys, it's for superstars only. Also different from the Hot Buys that have already been released, it's in Voile.

It's Fixed!

Ok so I posted something about the stardoll brands yesterday (If you have no idea what I'm on about, just read the post below), and I logged on today and found out that stardoll has finally fixed up their little brand mix-up. It's now official that the new purple Hot Buys Bag is in "Pretty In Pink".

Another Stardoll Brand Mix-up!

Ok so you have all heard of the new hot buys in store, the purple Hot Buys Handbag. Well in "Stardoll Magazine" the Hot Buys section said that this bag would be in Pretty In Pink.

But now, since it's release, it's been in the "New" section of Starplaza, and says it has been put into Voile.

But, when you go into the actual Pretty In Pink store, or Voile, the bag is in none of them.


Yes very strange. I thought that stardoll would have got their brands sorted out by now, but apparently not.

New Sceneries

There are new sceneries for the "Hotel For Dogs" Contest. It's free to save thanks to Nickelodeon and Dreamworks. The prize is an "exclusive" Hotel For Dogs poster. Which isn't very much for a prize.

Lazy Stardoll

Is stardoll getting lazy now and just re-doing a dress in a different colour? As you can see, the dresses already look similar, but if you take a closer look at the patterns on the dress, you will realise that they are exactly the same. But the main part is that the black "Fallen Angel Corset Dress", is actually more expensive than the pink "Pretty In Pink Bustier Dress". Of course there is only a mere 1sd difference, but it still doesn't make any sense. Why would someone pay extra money for a different colour dress? I know I wouldn't.

P.s. I found this out from looking up "Dresses" in the search and looked through ALL the dresses. It took me quite a while.

New "Russia Rocks" Theme

These are the first clothes for the new theme "Russia Rocks". Inspired by the Imperialist Russian theme from Karl Lagerfeld's pre-fall collection for Chanel (Info from stardol magazine), and lots more. The patterns on most of these designs are very "In-detail" and floral. My favourite clothing item from this theme would have to be the stunning "Folk Embroidered Tube Dress" for 8sd but only for SS unfortunately. The purple just makes this dress stand out fom the rest.

Stardoll And Their Brands

Stardoll really do need to figure out their brands! Apparently this dress is "Pretty In Pink", but then again, it's a "Voile Dress". Many cases of this have been spotted on stardoll. Just one question. Did stardoll do this on purpose or was this a mistake.

Limited Edition

When the LE clothing range was for sale, barely anyone could buy it. Non-superstars couldn't, even superstars who didn't have LOTS of money weren't able to get it. So now stardoll decides to keep LE there, but make it not available for anyone. It would be smart to get rid of the brand seeing as nothing will get sold. It's like they are teasing us and saying "Haha. You didn't have the money, you couldn't buy it!" That's just plain rude!

DKNY Remodeling?

DKNY has decided it's time for a new do! Nobody knows why they would change it in the first place because people don't care about the background, they care about the clothes. It might be different, but no one would notice because they would just be paying attention to the clothes. It's not like a new style of shop would change anything.
